Training Program Outlines As Follows:
Forklift Driver Training (Powered Industrial Trucks)
Forklift driver training provides participants with a general understanding of the safe and efficient operation of a Powered Industrial Truck. Theory covers legislative requirements, driver responsibilities, actual incidents or close calls, pre-shift inspections, center of gravity stability discussions, capacity plates, driving rules, basic battery safety, propane cylinder safety and more. Driver evaluation includes pre-shift inspection, driving with and without loads, picking up loads, stacking loads, vehicle parking and other job specific activities.

Overhead Crane Operator Training
Overhead crane training teaches the basics of safe overhead crane operation to increase productivity and efficiency while reducing the risk of accidents, injury to personnel, damage to product and property. Theory covers regulations for OSHA compliance, pre-shift checks and inspections, analyzing the lift, load limits and capacity, lifting loads, moving loads, landing loads, controls and basic operation, use of attachments (slings, etc.) and more. Each operator will be evaluated on safe use of the crane and attachments normally used to carry out their job responsibilities.

Scissor Lift Aerial Platform Training
Aerial Platform Training covers self-propelled scissor lifts, boom supported lifts and manually operated work platforms. Theory covers OSHA and ANSI standards, pre-shift inspections, work area surveys, controls for safe operation and personal protective equipment including fall arrest as appropriate. Each individual will be tested to ensure they can safely and efficiently operate your specific equipment.
